Account Deletion & Data Erasure Request
If you wish to delete your Mediran patient account, app profile, uploaded health documents, and prescriptions, you can initiate a request below or directly within the Mediran mobile app.
How In-App Deletion Works
You can also delete your account directly inside the Mediran Android / iOS app: Go to Profile Tab → Settings → Security & Data Privacy → Delete Account.
Data Affected by Account Deletion
Permanently Deleted
Your user profile, login credentials, phone number, passport details, uploaded DICOM/MRI files, lab reports, and mobile notification preferences.
Retained for Medical Compliance
Issued hospital tax invoices and official visa clearance logs will be anonymized and archived strictly as mandated by hospital governance laws.
Processing Time
Data erasure requests submitted via web form are verified and processed within 48 to 72 business hours.
